 Cancellation and Exchange Policy for Nobleadvise.comThis policy complies with the regulations and laws of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Cancellation and Refund Policies:

1. Refund Eligibility: A service fee will only be refunded if Nobleadvise.com has not started working on the service.
2. Order Cancellation: Order cancellations are accepted if the service has not yet commenced.
3. Cancellation Period: Cancellation or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
4. Order Status: Changing the order status to "Order in Progress" or notifying the customer of the start of service through any communication channel (email, WhatsApp, SMS) indicates that work on the order has begun.
5. Notifications and Updates: Nobleadvise.com commits to sending updates and notifications to the customer about the project's progress. The customer cannot cancel the order once work on the project has started and must adhere to the agreed project duration.
6. Order Completion Time: The service completion time ranges from 7 to 40 working days or as specified in the service agreement.
7. Cancellation After Commencement: Orders cannot be canceled once work has begun, whether the work is partially or fully completed. Nobleadvise.com is committed to finishing and delivering the work within the agreed time frame.
8. Refund Process: Upon receiving and approving a cancellation request, we will refund the service fee through a bank transfer to an account in the customer's name within 7 working days.
9. Refund Deductions: The refunded amount will be reduced by the electronic payment processing fees and bank transfer costs.

1. Requests made after the 24-hour grace period from the order creation date will not be considered.
2. We will respond to your request within 48 hours.
3. Refund processing takes from 2 to 14 working days after the cancellation is approved.
4. Customers cannot claim any compensation if the request is made beyond the specified period.
